Account Deletion: You may request permanent account deletion by contacting us at support@toolsolo.com. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
2. Subscription and Plan Changes

Upgrading/Downgrading Plans:
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on your plan type. -
Billing Adjustments:
Prorated charges or credits may apply when changing plans mid-cycle. -
Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription anytime. The cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur. We do not issue refunds for partial usage unless required by law.
3. File Changes and Edits

File Reprocessing:
Once a file is uploaded and processed, it cannot be edited or modified. If your original file is incorrect, please re-upload the correct version and repeat the conversion process. -
Retention and Deletion:
Uploaded files are automatically deleted within hours (up to 24 hours). Toolsolo cannot restore deleted files.
4. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Change Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
