This Payment Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and billing are handled at Toolsolo.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Pricing and Subscription Plans

  • Toolsolo offers both free and paid plans. The features, limits, and pricing of each plan are clearly listed on our Pricing Page.

  • All prices are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing and plan features. Changes will not affect current subscriptions until renewal.


2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • Digital wallets (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

  • Other methods as made available on the checkout page

All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. Toolsolo does not store your full payment details.


3. Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless canceled before renewal.

  • You will receive a confirmation email for every successful payment.

  • If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend your access until payment is received.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until the subscription expires.

  • Refunds are only issued if required by law or as explicitly outlined in our refund policy. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial use or unused time.


5. Taxes and Fees

  • Users are responsible for any applicable local taxes, VAT, or duties imposed by their jurisdiction.

  • These may be added during checkout, depending on your location and local regulations.


6. Currency Conversion and International Use

  • If you are paying from outside the U.S., your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees, which are not controlled by Toolsolo.


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may result in account suspension. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@toolsolo.com.


8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
